Implemented a solution in "Maconomy" for projects replacing manual faxed orders with electronical purchase orders connected to a project number. The delivery note and purchase invoices were tracked to the correct purchase order which saved several hours daily. The fax was sent immediately after creation in the computer from each sellers own desk. Unnecessary calls between suppliers, technicians and economy department arguing about what was delivered stopped.
